The project aims to convert a former industrial building into an autonomous public space with a variety of functions and creative residents. The new cluster is located on underdeveloped Arsenalnaya embankment and works as an activator of the space and adjacent territories.
The cluster is centered around the reinvented cannon workshop. It hosts an event zone with an amphitheater and a stage, a recreation area for small mobile projects, and a two-story retail zone. In addition, Arsenal accommodates offices, educational projects, a gym, a food court, a market, and Military Industrial Museum.
