The standard minimum production time for orders is 25 working days from the moment we receive the payment in our account. The production time depends on the current manufacturing workload and the volume of the order and may be extended accordingly.

For upholstery, we use standard fabrics, and a matching color for painting the frame is chosen from the RAL Classic color catalog. You can see these fabrics on the page of any upholstered furniture item on our website.

The frames of most of our upholstered products can be painted to match the fabric color or in black. The design of the Nra and Tru chair models implies a single color for the upholstery details and the metal frame.

Standard dimensions for each item are provided on its individual webpage on the site, along with the main photograph.

All chairs and stools from the Nra, Tru, and Sok collections can be produced with any seating height, ranging from 45 to 75 cm. Seating height refers to the distance from the floor to the upper surface of the plywood or MDF at the base of the seat, not considering the soft padding as it compresses.

Tables Super and Super 2 can be produced with a height ranging from 50 to 90 cm. And table Super 4 and tables from the Mega collection — from 50 to 115 cm.

Metal table tops' dimensions for tables can vary from 50 x 50 cm to 70 x 70 cm. Steel sheets, which make up the table tops, often have uneven surfaces. This becomes noticeable on larger table tops, so we do not produce them.

Veneered MDF table tops can be made in recommended sizes for our pedestals (recommendations provided on a separate page for each pedestal) as well as individual shapes and sizes. To calculate the cost of table tops, you need to provide us with dimensions or drawings.

Sofas Chill, Chic, and Style can consist of any number of standard modules arranged in a customized configuration. Module sizes can also be adjusted within the models' structural limitations.

Within Russia, we arrange delivery through one of four third-party transportation companies that we work with on a regular basis: "Vozovoz" TC, "Baikal-Service" TC, "Magic Trans" TC, and the private transport company "IP Tolstov".

"Vozovoz" TC is used for deliveries of cargo up to 10 cubic meters over distances up to 2,000 km. For an additional fee, the company provides unloading services and lifting to upper floors, and there is also an option to choose an exact unloading time.

The private transport company "IP Tolstov" is used for deliveries of cargo over 10 cubic meters over distances up to 2,000 km. For an additional fee and by prior arrangement, the company provides unloading services and lifting to upper floors.

"Baikal-Service" TC is used for deliveries of cargo over distances exceeding 2,000 km. For an additional fee and by prior arrangement, the company provides unloading services and lifting to upper floors.

"Magic Trans" TC is used for deliveries of cargo within the North Caucasian Federal District. For an additional fee and by prior arrangement, the company provides unloading services and lifting to upper floors.

The cost of intercity delivery depends on the volume of the order and the distance of transportation. It is calculated by the transport company after the cargo is picked up. We can provide an estimated delivery cost after we receive the complete order details.

Delivery is to be paid directly to the transportation company, either in cash upon receiving the order or through a bank transfer before the shipment is made.

In the case of choosing a bank transfer payment method, the transportation company will send an invoice for the delivery cost to your email. Once the payment is received in the transportation company's bank account, your order will be shipped.

The "Gruzovichkof" transportation company can provide you with an invoice only if you or your company have a contract with them.

The transportation companies "Vozovoz," "Baikal-Service," "Magic Trans," and the private transportation company "IP Tolstov" can issue you an invoice regardless of whether they have a contract with your company or not.

We welcome orders from any country, but please be aware that we do not have a established international logistics system in place and do not manage international shipping directly.

However, we are open to collaboration and are prepared to provide necessary information and documents to facilitate the shipping process.

The strategy, cost, and timeframes for worldwide delivery depend on the cargo's specifications, destination, and the chosen method of transportation.

For producing furniture or individual metal parts, we use black steel specifically designed for furniture: pipes, rods, profiles, and sheets.

For producing internal components of seats, backrests, and armrests for chairs and upholstered armchairs, we use 16mm MDF or birch plywood.

Tabletops and shelves for shelving units are made from 17mm ash veneered MDF. Veneering involves applying a thin layer of natural wood to the MDF panels.

For the production of seats and backrests of some models of non-upholstered chairs, different thicknesses of plywood are used, including ash veneered curved plywood for Bro chairs.

Frames of Bro chairs and legs of Stolster and Kroogster tables are crafted from solid ash wood.

There may be slight variations in tone, color, and wood structure between individual elements made of veneered MDF and solid wood due to the natural origin of the material.

We produce tabletops made of recycled plastic (HDPE) in white and black colors. The pattern of the recycled plastic is unique to each item and may slightly differ from the photos on our website.

We apply various types of coatings:

For all outdoor metal furniture, we use a special zinc-containing powder coating designed for external use with enhanced corrosion resistance. The finish type is matte (gloss not exceeding 30%).

For other metal products and metal parts, we use a powder polyester coating designed for external use with a matte finish.

For coating MDF and plywood, we utilize a two-component polyurethane enamel with a matte two-component acrylic lacquer suitable for residential environments. The lacquer's gloss level is 10%.

Furniture with upholstery can be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner and dry cleaning methods.

Not recommended: washing, bleaching, ironing, wet cleaning, and placing the item closer than 60 cm to a heat source or direct sunlight. If liquids spill on the fabric, it's important to promptly wipe the surface to prevent moisture from penetrating into the material.

Furniture with upholstery is not recommended for outdoor use. During use, the appearance of creases, folds, and pilling on the fabric is acceptable.

Damaged parts can be replaced by yourself by ordering new ones from us.

Metal coating can be scratched, dented, or chipped if not used carefully. We do not recommend using solvents and household chemicals for cleaning.

Minor scratches and wear of the coating are acceptable during use of metal furniture.

Metal furniture from the Yo and Kul collections is suitable for outdoor use. However, other furniture is not recommended for outdoor use.

Furniture with MDF, plywood, or solid wood components is not recommended for outdoor use.

The coating can be scratched, dented, or chipped if not used carefully. Avoid placing hot objects (above 60°C), dropping items with sharp edges, and placing items made of coarse materials on the surface.

For wiping surfaces made of MDF, solid wood, and plywood, it's recommended to use a dry microfiber cloth. Spilled liquids should be cleaned immediately. We do not recommend using solvents and household chemicals for cleaning.

Damaged parts can be replaced by yourself by ordering new ones from us.

Recycled plastic is resistant to high temperatures and direct sunlight. You can place hot dishes on plastic tabletops (but not a red-hot kettle).

Plastic is a relatively soft material and can be easily scratched. During use, scratches on plastic surfaces are inevitable. However, we believe that this does not detract from its appearance.
We recommend avoiding the use of solvents and household chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or rough materials to prevent damage to the surface.

Tables with plastic tabletops on metal bases are suitable for outdoor use.
