Third Cluster is a public space that occupies one of Saint Petersburg's central courtyards and hosts various cafes, stores and offices.
During the implementation of the project the existing building was reconstructed and expanded by a new pavilion, a balustrade and a rooftop extension.
The residents of the cluster are placed on three levels around the common space of the courtyard. The first level features stores and cafes with an open entrance. The second one is distinguished by the balustrade which is thrown around the courtyard and leads to the projects on the second floor. The third level is presented by an open terrace placed on top of the pavilion.
The courtyard is equally accessible to the guests of all stores and cafes.
