Delivery, unloading, lifting to upper floors, and assembly are not included in the price of the products.
By default, we organize delivery through one of the third-party transport companies we work with regularly. The customer needs to accept the shipment and pay for the delivery directly to the transport company — in cash upon receipt or by invoice in advance.
The cost of long-distance delivery depends on the size of the order and the distance of transportation. It is calculated by the transport company after picking up the goods. We can estimate the approximate cost after receiving the full order details.
We work with transport companies that have proven themselves to be reliable and punctual. However, the customer can arrange delivery through any company they find convenient, or pick up the goods from our production facility themselves.
Shipments are subject to mandatory insurance. In case of damage during delivery, the transport company compensates the customer. We either produce a new item/part or assist in finding a way to restore them remotely.
